F.A.Q things.............

♥ I'm new to this, how do I place an order?

The easiest thing to do is to set up an account first at the 'log in' panel. Or you can do it at the end before payment. Browse through the website and click 'add to cart button.'

The form of electronic payment is Paypal which includes all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) and I do not accept cheques. If you don't have a Payapl account then sign up for one here before you make a purchase. 

 

Do I have to set up an account before I place an order?

Yes and it won't take long! You'll be able to track the process of your order online and be able to change your contact details anytime. Also you'll be able to track previous orders and save your preferences like saving your password for instance.

Go to the 'Log In' section and fill out the forms making sure you fill it all out, then ta-da you're done ready to shop away!

Once placing an order you wil recieve a conformation email and a pdf with an invoice number so you can check the progress.

 

Ooops I made a mistake, I want to cancel my order!

No problem you are entitled to a refund, email me with your item number and I'll get it sorted out. Please note that some items can't be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

If you want to make a return please have the subject title with 'Returns.'

 

♥ Can I order over the phone/ do you have have a shop...?

No sorry. Orders can only be made online. It's open all around the clock though.

 

♥ Can I leave a feedback?

Yes you can and I'm very happy to hear back from people! Simply log into the 'Comments' section of the product and fill out the form. or alternatively email me at orders [at] jocheung [dot] com with the subject title 'Feedback.'

 

Postage

Postage costs apply to UK customers and the postage is calulated by the weight and the cost covers packaging it in the bubble jiffy envelopes. There is no pick up service too.

All items are delivered using Royal Mail First Class service, this should usually take no longer than 1 to 4 days maximum when you placed your order this is the UK. However if you need your item delivered as soon as possible (e.g. birthdays and any other special occasions) then I will do my best.

The very important bit: I pack all items carefully but I'm not responsible for any damaged or lost goods during transit, both within the UK and worldwide. I can't be held responsible for late postage that is beyond my control. Again if you have a question then email me and I'll do my best. Or to track your order then go onto the Royal Mail website and enter the code as stated.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, price is based on weight and location and envelopes/ packaging used.


Do you have a gift wrapping service?

Yes, it's only an extra £1.50 on top of your order.
