Returns and Sizes of Clothing

If you're unsatisfied with your item(s) then please email me first stating the problem with the subject title 'Returns' to orders [at] jocheung [dot] com.
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
T-shirts and bags can be returned unless faulty AND not worn with reciept included. I do ensure everything is high quality and I'll always check this before sending it off!
T-Shirts
T-shirts and totes bags are all screen printed by myself. Each t-shirt is unique and individual so there are variations between each one, small marks or splodges due to the screen printing process itself may appear. However this gives it a more hand made feel and approach to it.
The sizes that are available for men's and women's T-shirts are small, medium and large. Please refer to the nice diagram below for more information :)

♥ Wash and Care Instructions ♥
All T-shirts and cotton bags are hand screen printed by me so it's best NOT to wash them on a high setting otherwise they'll run. Wash on a low setting and always turn them inside out when ironing (as my Mum always tells me anyway.) Do not tumble dry.
Eventually the ink will fade slightly over time due to wear and tear etc.
